About:
The Online Romance is the solo project of Jack Saturn. On this recording he plays acoustic guitar, a Yamaha battery-powered keyboard and percussion. The songs were written between April and June of 2004, with the exception of "The Broken Bannister," the music for which was written in the summer of 2001 and the lyrics written in early 2004. The songs were recorded to a cassette 8-track in Jack's Albina Avenue basement in Portland, Oregon, during May and June of 2004.
