David Hornbuckle's most recent musical incarnation, from what I've heard of it so far, matches electronic beats and doctored melodic vocals with distorted guitars. His first album is due by january 2004, so let's hold him to the promise. (Note, 6/11/06: According to David, Meeker may be a retired concern at this point.)
