IPRC - link - Thursday, February 27, 2003 - posted by Jack The Independent Publishing Resource Center (IPRC) is a non-profit space in downtown Portland where people can come to work on personal creative projects (zines, books, printmaking, etc.). There is also a zine library that is free for the public to peruse.
