This is a two-piece group who I originally discovered because their album was produced by Matt Mahaffey (Self), but they are excellent in their own right. Their debut CD These Are The Plans... can be found in dollar bins at record stores across the land, and you'd do well to pick it up if you like super-catchy melodies and can appreciate a sense of humor that's a cross between Ween and They Might Be Giants. (Sounds horrible, I know -- but trust me.) They've got some excellent new MP3s on their website; check out "Creepy Girls" in particular.
